This short course focuses on increasing your awareness and understanding of Eating Disorders

Whether clients present with eating distress or named disorders, such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa or Binge Eating Disorder, therapists often feel de-skilled when working with this complex and multi-faceted clinical presentation given the very ‘physical’ aspect of the disorder and, oftentimes, risk involved.

This course will aid knowledge and understanding in terms of key signs and symptoms of Eating Disorders, formulation, and ideas for therapeutic practice. It will encourage ‘creative thinking’ when it comes to working in a multi-disciplinary way within independent practice, to provide effective and ethical care to this client group.

This programme is a combination of short, instructor-led webinars, independent learning, and reflective exercises.
